Spent 3 hours yesterday on the phone to tech support trying to get my CD-RW situation resolved dude must have had my swith the prongs in back from slave to master and what not, like 10 times!!! in the end i was almost raving. but i did get my DVD-ROM going, and that was all i needed to get my new wireless router installed...which didn't work once it was in
