no biggie, Called tech support but mahaged to get it solved before the dude got on line!!!
Nice fella' sounded like he was from india. i made a few comments and had himbusten a gut in no time. guy probably has to deal with a bunch of cranks all day, so i'm glad i could cheer him up.
with all the calls i've made lately i figure i should be able to figure things out from now on...hopefully

Dude, you must be TIRED... most people sleep a third of their life away! But, it just feels so good to sleep! Just don't drive too much without it. the more you sleep the quicker your B-Day comes! but, yah... I wanna sleep now... zzzzzz *snore
