I feel like I'm missing out on part of the signifiance of the phrase Mystery Girls. It's a new york dolls song, it's in a yyys song, There's a band with that name, etc. Does it connect to Costello's "mystery dance?" Am I just assuming there is a meaning I don't know? I feel like it relates to feminism, but I'm not sure. Help... anyone?
