I just got home to find this letter awiting my arrival:
Dear Mark,
Thank you for the work you have done in the south east over recent weeks.
Due to John's illness, this was an area that needed alot of attention and you have played a major part in ensuring that our customers knew we were back in business!
You took a gamble at very short notice because the company needed halp and that fact will not be forgotten in the future. You have raised your profile within the company and proved you are ready for a challenge.
Once again Mark, thank you.

Oh, I must go, a pig has just flown past my window
Oh, and big grins to AnnaLee and Charley to having two of the best sets in recent memory. I very nearly jumped up and down pointing at the monitor shouting 'I know them!!!' You both look amazing.
