Things I've learned over the last week or so.
1. Don't try and be funny, really, just don't.
2. I can make a shirt in only 4 hours.
3. Employment agencies suck ass.
4. X-Men 3 is surprisingly disappointing.
5. Trying to get lunch in zizzi's italian bistro is like tying to get blood out of a stone.
6. I can't drink red wine anymore.
7. Running around dressed up as a pirate for a weekend is a lot of fun.
8. Apparently I can make clothes so well I'm getting commissions.
9. An afternoon sorting out the garden can be quite rewarding.
10. Leonard seems to hate the plush new house I bought him.
11. I may have to cross the line between part time and full time nerd.
12. Blackbirds are ungrateful bastards.
13. The green wing is by far the funniest thing I've ever seen.
14. The sun block I bought last year, and finally used this weekend, is specially formulated for albinos and goths.
15. Don't put your CV on a pen drive and expect people to know what to do with it.
16. Print shops don't seem to get the idea that when you give them a pen drive, you want it back.
17. I can eat my own bodyweight in steak.
18. I know far less french than I thought I did.
19. I shouldn't cough whilst wearing breeches.
20. That show your bones by the YYY's is my current favourite album.
