Right, so I've been tagged by the lovely Shmirette, but don't worry, she'll pay, oh yes, she will pay 
So, let's just see if I can get 20 facts about me.
1. My surname (which is very apt for this site) is Pierce. Originally a French name, Pierre, but when the family moved to Wales during the 100 year war, they figured a French name was not going to make them any friends.
2. My great, great, great grandfather was the mayor of a town in north wales, where a statue of him stands in the town square
3. I was born in London, but have lived in various locations in South Devon since I was 2.
4. I have an incredibly large head. No, really, I went to get measured for a hat a few weeks ago, and the man in the shop was aghast at the circumference of my head. It's two and a half feet round!
5. At high school, I had two rather dubious nicknames, one was 'Percy Sugden' (a character from an english soap opera) and later, I became known as 'Mac the melon head'
6. I don't know why I admitted to the last one.
7. I lived in a village on Dartmoor until I was 8 years old. Dartmoor is still one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.
8. I owned nearly all of the original Star Wars toys up until I was about 14, until my mother decided to give them away to someone.
9. I've still never forgiven her for that.
10. When I was born, I weighed in at 10 pounds 13 Ounces.
11. I don't think my mother has ever forgiven me for that.
12. I am so bad with money it's just not funny.
13. I have 4 sisters, 3 nephews, a niece and a goddaughter named Kayleigh.
14. I think my dad is getting worried because there's no one to carry on the family name.
15. I'm terminally shy.
16. I have a huge fascination with all kinds of mythology and ancient history.
17. My previous job was a chef. Which I hated, yet strangely enough, I really enjoy cooking.
18. The worst place I've ever visited was Lowestoft (The most easterly town in the UK and the home of the Darkness) I had to stay there for 3 nights and it sucked.
19. Going to see Tom waits in concert last year was probably the best night in my life.
20. Er.... Er....... I really really hate Cider, Bananas and sprouts. I fear for the day when someone comes up with a dish that combines the three!
