I journal stalked back a few but could find no clues. Although it is weird about you saying that 2005 sucked and you have a feeling re:2006. I am in *exactly* the same situation.
My theory 2005 needs to resolve before 2006 can get under way. Lots of people are finding crappy endy bits of unfinished business intruding on new year joy.
