Compusa has decided to do away with all commission and benefits to its lowly employees (read ME)
Pay grades will be 7.50/Hr to 9.50/Hr.
So now i dont get any commission on any of the items i work my ass off in order to sell...
Thats the shitty part, now heres the really really shitty part...
Quote my manager,
"With any payroll adjustment of course there are some positions that are moved around or done away with..."
"It is with this in mind that you (Geoffrey R. Wolf a.k.a "the_grinch") your average hourly rate falls well outside (above) the new pay grades... As such at this time our professional relationship must end, your severance package is XXXXXXXXX....."
