unpolished
Things I don't want included:
pop
clean, sugar-coated vocals
over produced or polished
Anyone got any ideas? I'm liking Southerly, The Gun Shy, and some Bright Eyes (hey fuck you...the guy is good)...The some of his stuff that I like (i've heard all of 4 songs, the ones on myspace) are A Lover I Don't Have to Love, and Haligh Haligh a Lie Haligh...the other two get on my nerves. Hmm...Anyone got any suggestions? If I don't like it, it still can't hurt, so suggest away.
P.S. The band "Pelican" is fan-fucking-tastic instrumental stuff.
