I just found out that my friend Shane Patezel in VA Beach probably isn't going to make it. A friend told me after she had seen him in ICU thinks he's just hanging on long enough to say goodbye. VA Beach is an 8 hour drive from where I live and I cannot make that journey especially alone. His spinal cord is gone...he's still on life support and the only thing he can do is blink. She told me that she could see it in Shane's eyes and his family thinks he should "let go".

My friend Ronn that just passed away was actually dead for 2 days untill his mom found him in her room. She had just gotten back from making funeral arrangements for her mom (Ronn's grandmother) now she has to bury her son. His father is trying to get a visa to leave Israel for the memorial.
