WARNING: I'm about to VENT...
I must get another job soon! So, they now want to bring the "crackhead" back to work. BUT, they want someone else to be the designated cashier (so there wouldn't be any temptation for the crackhead to swipe another $grand$) Who do they want to appoint? Yours truly! I have a HUGE problem w/ this. I have no problem handling money (I was a bank teller at one time) just the fact if something came up missing or misplaced I would be responsible I'm sure. I told them I didn't want to babysit the addict. And as long as he junkie was there how can we be sure he hasn't taken money from someone? We should post a sign w/ his picture on it saying "do NOT take money from this man" lol....
I also work from 8am to 5pm without taking a lunch most of the time.That's 9 hours. a day. I just get too occupied w/ my work. From time to time I need to leave @ 4pm to go to the bank, meet for interviews (they don't know this) and look into apts. I wanted to leave at 4 today since I had tken allergy medicine which made me extemely tired. What's the difference if I take at hour lunch or leave an hour early? No one had a problem w/ this till today. "Ben" called his ill grandfather to come in for an hour rather than asking me to stay and help.
He got a additude w/ me saying "don't you know our hours are from 8am-5pm?"
Funny, coming for this asshole that clocks in at 8:30am takes hour and a half lunches and bolts to do personal stuff for 2-4 hours. I've been left there by myself many times . I try to stick it out and do the best I can. My conclusion is that this kid (the owners grandson) is a little BITCH.
This fucker also had the nerve to tell me 3 weeks ago that I shouldn't trust anyone there and if they wanted to get rid of me they'll intentionally do things to make me quit.... hrmmmm... the shit is adding up now , huh? This "drama king" obviously feels threatened by me and
wants me to leave. That's what I'm trying to do ever since I learned how "mental" this whole family business is......
I bust my ass at any job... I guess they want irresponsible slackers....sorry, I don't fall into that category
