day after skanksgiving, well now its Saturday technically. went to iwo jima last wednesday, that was an amazing experience. my squadron went there on like a little field trip i guess you could call it. climbing the mountain, exploring underground tunnels and caves, running up the beaches. i gotta say, i dont think i would have been able to storm those beaches under the odds that the marines were up against, it was almost guaranteed death.
but the island is very beautiful and not urbanized really except the runway itself.
other than going to iwo jima, i haven't been doing anything other than working lately, no weekends, and no less than 12 hours a day. but i cant complain because im in japan and never want to leave.
cant wait until the 5th so i get to meet up with some people from the site ^_^
i dunno what else to put. i just saw how old my old blog was and felt obligated to make a new one.

Actually one of them, people are not allowed to go there except people in military like you.
