Wow...a month has past since I posted. Whew...well. Work had me down. I interviewed for a 8-4:30 job and having 13 years experience at the hospital and 2.5 on the unit...I was passed up for a gal with less than 8 months on the unit and less than 4 on the unit. Irritating!!! I was pissed. So the new job started for her, she last 2 days...she only worked 2 partial days and called off the 3rd and 4th...she just didn't "like it"...AKA she couldn't keep up with the pace. So they turned to me and asked me to do it...instead of being my usual passive aggressive and saying...nah....I told them. You know what...I told you this would happen...I will give it a shot. So the funny part is...with the other gal, she had 2 weeks orientation scheduled before the job actually started next week...me. I start next week without orietation...their reasoning...I honestly don't need it....I am already there!

WTF...cracks me up. so I start some days coming up, my weekends will still be the 3-11 shift but that is fair. I can handle it. looking forward to some degree of a normal day now. We'll see how it goes.

In other news...I was down for quite a bit but I am edging back up...thwarting off the deep depression and working forward. Getting outside and trying to enjoy things a bit.

Big bike swap coming up for me on October 7th at Trexlertown, Pa. Can't wait...I have some new embroidered patches to take down and sell. I have a canopy to take down this year and put over my table so if it rains in won't be that bad and uncomfortable...also have some cycling caps for sale as well that Britt started making for me. Things are still great with Britt and I. enjoying each other and our time together!
