Had a blast last night at a party over in SE Portland. Goodtimes with live music and "Alky-hall Checkers."

However, I sprained my ankle, got a huge scratch on my arm from someone's nail somewhere...and the cops showed up...

So I hid under the stairs with several other people that were underage and we were safe. The cops didn't really come in the house as the owners didn't invite them in and they didn't have a warrant. They just gave everyone a general warning for disturbing the peace.

My ankle's all swollen now, and I woke up smelling of weed, cigs, and tequila, the first two I had nothing to do with other than being in the general area, and the third, well, guilty as charged.

Hope you've all had a good weekend! I will catch up with all of you tomorrow or the next day, depending on how busy I am.

p.s. I rescued a kitten wearing a bell from the cold last night, I need to figure out where she belongs and whether or not her previous owner wants her. She is far too little to be running around outside, and she's way too friendly for her own good. Someone might hurt her or worse. It makes me sad that someone would show so little compassion towards a creature that can barely fend for itself.
