There's only one thing you can do to stay cool in hot weather like this.

Take a REALLY cold shower and then stand dripping wet naked in front of a fan. Dry, Rinse, Repeat.

And hey, it doesn't hurt to wander around your apartment naked to stay cool. It's about the only way I can stay sane in the heat.
