Lately, I've been addicted to Final Fantasy VII. I was reading something about the new movie coming out called Final Fantasy VII:Advent Children (I heard about it a long time ago) and it made me have this incredibly strong urge to play the game. Hard to believe I'm still addicted to this game after all these years...
In other news: I read something interesting that just goes to show how messed up our government is.
Congress made the "E.T Law" in 1969, which prohibits anyone from approaching or attempting to make contact with anyone hailing from a planet other than Earth. There's a $5000 fine and a year's worth of jailtime for breaking this Federal Law that's still in existence today and can still very well be enforced.
Can you imagine what would happen if we actually met some people from outer space and they enforced this? Star Trek: First Contact would never happen.
