Today should have been good! It started that way! The weather was pleasent, it's my last day of work before my trip! Unfortunately around ten o'clock we were informed that one of my co-workers had died. He had been battling a disease for many years(I can't remember the name) and it had been systematically breaking him down. He recently got some sort of a virus and was admitted to the hospital. For two weeks we've been getting conflicting reports about his health and I felt like he wasn't going to make it. Sometimes I hate being right! He was one of the best guys I've ever worked with! Smart as can be, funny as hell, and always upbeat person! He told the best jokes and stories. It's going to be really dificult showing up here without him! Hope everyone else is doing better!
