so i went to the boston area this weekend.
it was a whole bunch of fun.
fun was had in the following fashion:
i headed up thursday afternoon with my friend chris. connecticut sucks and should be removed. i really don't like traffic.
we got to my friend j's place and drank some beers and laughed at j and his girl, kerri, because the red sox must lose (it's their thing).
i woke up surprisingly early on friday with a very cloudy (verrrrry cloudy) head. me and chris walked to a really nifty comic book shop near j's apartment and were very good boys. we kept our total purchases below the $300 mark. we are big geeks.
kerri left us at the apartment with a really bad porn to watch. it was really bad so we watched cartoons instead. then j came home and we got a pizza. it was a really good pizza.
then j told us about a party that our friend from school, adrienne, was throwing, and i was all sorts of excited cuz i haven't seen her in like a year and a half, so i was all like "i'm on that shit like white on rice".
so we went to the party. we knew it was gonna be good because before we even got inside there were cigarette butts being thrown at our heads and we could hear glass breaking inside.
it was a very good party, but actually quite sedate, even after the broken glass. also attending the party was this kid eric that me n j n adrienne went to school with who is rad as hell. it was good to see him. i may or may not have made out with adriennne on the stairs but no one is allowed to know for sure.
we went home and drank a bunch more.
on saturday we woke up surprisingly not hung over. we got some sammiches. they were good. j had to leave for a while to pick up some stuff because he's still moving in, so me and chris hung out and read comics. adrienne came over n then j n kerri got back and we drank a whole bunch o beer and watched trading spaces and the red sox lose again. it's so funny to watch boston fans. we stayed up late talking and being goofy. i may or may not have made out with adrienne but no one is allowed to know for sure.
[sidenote to kiscica: dude, no way i made out with another girl. you know we're totally engaged. i just like to have a sense of mystery around me. really.]
we woke up on sunday all sleeping rather uncomfortably on overcrowded futon and couch and sat around playing video games for a bit. then we went to wendy's. they ran out of beef. how weird is that? good thing most of us wanted spicy chicken sammiches anyway. adrienne says the chili is evil but i find it scrumptious anyway.
j then took us to his job to show us the lad he works in which is FILLED WITH ROBOTS.
i liked it a lot and he is a bastard for having so many robots and not giving me ANY OF THEM.
me and chris were amused every single time we asked to see the terminator hand.
then i went home. driving isn't very fun after the first hour in the rain.
i got home and watched some tv.
today (mon) i went to my friend ben's place in hoboken. we watched "office space" and drank some beer. me and my friends, we like the beer. he gave me a steeler's terrible towel that he got when he was in pittsburgh last weekend. that made me happy. knowing the red sox somehow won again made me sad. seeing the falcons lose so pitifully made us both giggle.
which brings us to now. guess i'm done.

oh wait. also, while i was near boston, bailey totally skunked on hanging out the whole time even though she probably lived only 10 minutes or so away which totally sucked. she's lucky that i think she's so rad or i'd make lots of empty threats about beating her up. eh, maybe next time she can come to new jersey. and i'll go someplace else. sorry, bailey, i still love you. [sidenote to kiscica: i still love you more. totally]

i'm tired but too awake to go to sleep. i hate that. thanks for probably skimming over all this inane shit.
