okay. it's enough to have my mug in my profile... but I'm definitely through with the giant freaking picture.

so I went to a yoga class.... and I think I'm finally going vegan.

this is where quite a few of you start making fun of me.

especially req.... mainly because he's good at it.

No. NO. NO!!!!!!! Do yoga go vegan I don't care about that, that's awesome. BUT
I don't give a shit if your name matches some URL or something, I think you should change it the other way. Change the url. or whatever. I mean "that mike guy" could just as easliy be my other mike friends. There is no one else called lucidus.

OMG! You're not a veggie already?? Hhmm...veganism is going to be tough if you're dropping everything cold turkey (or tofurky wink ) I suggest baby steps. Seriously. Your body will be craving all sorts of crazy things all the time and it might be hard to stick with. Then you'll get frustrated and not want to continue. Soy milk is awsome with cereal, better I think. Get Silk Vanilla. Soooooo good! Yum.
