Q. What are you doing right now?
A. My job is seasonal in that we are busiest when school is out. Many area schools are closed today for Martin Luther King Day. Thus, I am keeping an eye on the front doors and my agents stationed there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Also, several people are taking today off here as well so I am fielding inquiries for other departments as well.
Q. What would you rather be doing right now?
A. I would love to lock the door, shut it all down, grab a pizza (pepperoni with garlic crust) from Hungry Howies, and just go home. No, scratch that. I would like to hop in a Hybrid Cadillac Escalade, go pick up the MJ, get a couple of rolls of quarters from the bank for toll roads, and just take off on a road trip to Chicago, overnight stops in Wichita and Kansas City, go to the museums, have some deep dish pizza, be back in town by Saturday.
Q. If you'd rather be doing something else, why are you doing the thing you're doing? If you already *are* doing the thing you'd rather be doing, how did you get to that place?
A. The worst day of vacation is still better than the best day at work.
Q. What would it take for you to be able to do what you wish you were doing more often?
A. Money. Loads of Money.
Q. Do you earn your living doing what you love, or do you earn your living in order to do what you love?
I do what I have to do so I can do what I want to do. Like grandma said whenever people talked about their jobs: "The things people do for money."
Q. What are your favorite smells/scents?
A. Fresh cut grass, lavender, steak on the grill.
Q. Do they bring back memories for you? If so, what?
A. fresh cut grass reminds me of sports. Football mostly, but soccer too.
Q. What are your least favorite smells/scents?
A. patchouli - a quick whiff will irritate me but if I am around it for an extended amount of time I get angry.

A. More of a soap and water guy.
