In most cases yes. The sweat off the brow makes the reward all the sweeter.

I am proud of my wife and some family. I enjoy the success of others.
4. Do other people express pride in you? Who? Under what circumstances? How do you usually react? Are some expressions better than others?
I don't know.
5. Are there aspects of your identity that you feel proud of? Why or why not?
Not much humility to these questions is there?

Meh. It is getting better.
2. Regardless of their actual value, do you like bills or coins better?
Coins. Really, I think the dollar bill should be phased out and replaced with coins.
3. What is your favorite foreign currency? And why?
I didn't know I needed a favorite. Thanks, now I know my life is empty. Why? I fail at life.
4. Do you collect coins or bills? Elaborate.
Not really. I see currency collection as a very high difficulty grade. So, I don't try.
5. Do you think human society could make do completely without money? Explain.
We have before. I don't see why it could or would not happen again. Although, I imagine that the current version of American culture wouldn't allow such a thing. Several are always looking for signs of the end days and a cashless society is one marker.
