1. What do you do to maintain or improve your physical fitness? I eat smaller portions and joined Gold's Gym (opening on May 24th!)
2. What do you do to maintain or improve your mental fitness (e.g puzzles, reading challenging books, etc.)? Puzzle video games, books, talk to my wife.
3. What do you do to maintain or improve your emotional fitness (e.g. get enough sleep, meditate, take supplements or medication)? Meditate and take a Super b complex pill.
4. What things would you like to be doing to maintain or improve your physical, mental, or emotional fitness, but aren't? Why aren't you doing them? More meditation, see a therapist, gym workout 3-4 days a week, maybe a personal trainer and personal chef, yoga.
5. What things have you tried to do to maintain or improve your physical, mental, or emotional fitness, but that didn't work? Why didn't they work? I played football in school, ate light after high school, always have read, and play violent video games often. Oh, and the few months I worked in a call center I screamed along with the radio for at least 30 minutes while driving home. Debate if it worked on your own time.
