Oh, yeah. One more lap and I will have a Dr Pepper with dinner.

It works, even if it truely is counterproductive.

I have. I got so far into eating healthy once that one oreo cooking would make me ill.

Yep. I am trying to cut back on caffiene, start working out, and reduce eating out to 3 times a week.
