Broccoli & rice casserole
7. Favorite holiday memory as a child: Every holiday the entire family (extended and all) would come to our house. That meant playing host to countless cousins. One Christmas there was an ice storm and nobody could come. Best Christmas ever! My sister and I stayed in our robes and slippers, watched football, no hiding our presents so the cousins wouldn't break 'em, no setting up a kids only table. Man it was like a paid day off.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I had my doubts but played along till age 5 when my sister okayed my not playing along.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Yes! We were told that just like the mail Santa hit the metro areas of a region first then distributed to the more rural houses. Because of this logical routing plan to the Santa delivery system Grandma's house in Tulsa first. Christmas Eve we would go to Tulsa for dinner and Presents.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? Lately we have not had one. I personally would rather have a nativity scene and stockings.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it?
Great as long as I don't have to drive in it.
12. Can you ice skate?
I have never been. I have my doubts though
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64
14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you?

Potatoes. I do. Too much starch.

Ham because I am not good for you, I am salty, and when you heat me upI glaze.
