I try to be as mindful as possible but do fail sometimes as I am merely human.
2. At what times are you most mindful?
When I feel myself getting stressed
3. At what times are you least mindful?
When I am at work. When I am on the clock my one repeating thought and therefore actions are "What is next?"
4. Do you do anything specifically to help increase your mindfulness (e.g. meditate)? If yes, what do you do?
Yes. Concentrate on my breathing.
5. How judgmental would you say you are of your own thoughts and feelings?
Fairly judgmental. I should be constantly growing and changing.
