Holy shit this has been the week from hell and there is still 3 days left. The restaurant im working at is in thr process of changing concepts from upscale dining to fucking burgers and nachos (its so fucking embarassing) and the shit is not even good. its such low quality. im so bleh... And to make matters worse the owner (a former bartender) is trying to tell us how we should cook it and shit (we are 3 professionally trained chefs) and its so fucking wrong its horrid. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH clusterfuck

Don't forget that bartender is now a millionaire T. Stevie D knows a little sumthing about the biz. Trust me I have worked for him 2x now and you know Di won't let that shit last like that. She's a Fancy Grrl and things will even out...or you'll both be looking for new jobs.
