that_hurt

So ive been working on a new flambe dessert and decided that tonight would be a good night to start serving it. so i should the server how to present it. all is well and good. so about half-way through the night the new owner comes in to eat and my boss wants me to send out my dessert to him AND FOR ME TO PRESENT IT. dammit... i hate being out in the dining room not to mention the new boss. but thankfully it all went well didn't set anyone on fire or anything for that matter. but dammit bow im ALWAYS going to have to go out to do it.
