No, like really hot. I'm sweating like a madman.
I'm on week three of P90X to get into, y'know, vaguely decent shape and I'm dripping with sweat. Don't get me wrong. I've seen what his program can do for people, but the first 30 days are gonna kill me with very few results...... whew.
