Only a few hours until it's Wednesday.
I'm really looking forward to this week being over.
Yesterday I spoke to one of many flood victims. She told me about this person who had been helping her family out since the floods... and how this person has sexually interfered with one of her children.
Today I spoke to a man who's lost everything. He's lost a child, recently buried his wife, and his house is totally destroyed. I then had to tell him the bad news that his claim was not accepted.
I apologised that I didn't have good news. I wished him all the best in getting on with his life, and staying strong. Then I hung up the phone and bawled my eyes out.
It's moments like these that I wish I were rich. I know that money won't bring back a loved one, or remove a painful memory, but relieving someone of financial burden would make life a lot easier.
It really hurts me that I can't help these people.

i've been getting really pissed off lately at the rich people i clean for...
they get their massive mansions cleaned weekly..and don't even use most of the house and pay like 200+ a week.... it's like they have so much money they don't know what to do with it... when they could be using it to help others... but instead....they get their stupid huge useless houses cleaned weekly.
