I've had some of those really really really bad coughs, but thankfully no asthma to go with it. Hang in there, break down the Dr.'s door if you need to!! (((((hugs)))))
Yeah, I was in a state of shock when I walked back out onto the street (after being careful to plug the meter to give me 2 hrs of parking), and seeing the parking lane empty, totally empty!!! I was shocked,and then angry (at myself, when I saw the tow-away sign). If I had THAT much money to spend on towing and speeding tickets, I could have saved it and had a REAL good time in Calgary!!

As Lior said, a saline spray is good or a saline solution in an eyedropper, head back and drop it in.
There are these freaky "tea pot" thingyies also so you can flush your nasal passages with saline also.

Mind, I went out for lunch with the "girls" at work on Friday - 18, 20, 24 y.o (me at 37yo).
They're all similarly in a "dirty puddle" - a bit sad as they are all pretty girls (they don't think so for some odd reason) and have personality.
