Today was not a pleasant day for my body. Last night I had the luxury of interrupting my beauty sleep to go on what was supposed to be a quick run to the airport. Turns out that never happened due to some paperwork issues. Then I end up staying a lot later than I expected. During the wonderful hours I was sleeping, I managed to fall asleep on my alarm clock. So I woke up late and missed the ride to work, which means I got to ride the freaking bus like an idiot. Sit down on the bus, crush my elbow on the window sill and skin it to hell.. Day goes on, I have to do some work on the cable equipment outside in the Kuwaiti summer heat. Yep, blisters on my fingers in minutes.. My thumb and pointer on my right hand are killing me.. And then.. just when I make it through my day, thinking all is well, I decide that my head needs to hurt too. Yep. smack that on the truck hopping in for the ride home. My body hates me right now..
