thank you to those wonderful people who sent birthday wishes my way on wednesday 
i had a pretty cool day. kicked back and relaxed as i expected to. got awesome gifts too, the kind that show that someone has thought about it. i appreciate that so much more.
i'm doing pretty good on the eating plan so far. i did a quick check to see what is recommended calorie-wise for someone of my height and weight..... they suggest 1930 calories per day. on that basis, i guess i feel pretty good as i'm averaging about 1000. i'll increase my calorie intake next week whilst increasing my exercise regime. back to regular saturday morning football sessions so that's a plus. i've definitely lost some pounds this week, and i'm feeling pretty bad ass about it. i'm less bad ass about the fact i had to shave for this meeting today! pah! i'd had a kickass face full of fuzz for a while. got some comedy pics during the process though, so it's not all bad
time to do some work. or maybe it's time to get some guitar tabs. yes. i like that better. out.

I lost loads of weight by cutting out bread and dairy (I ate soya instead not as nice, but managable). I also did a lot of running
Glad you're getting back to your usual self, yep, soya sucks, especially the milk, it's like drinking bean juice ha ha ha
So how come you're loosing all the weight?
