In 7 days I'll be in Canada! I'm super excited now, I can feel it bubbling in my stomach! I'm not hugely nervous about meeting the entire family of my girlfriend, which I'm surprised about as it's quite a big deal. I'm hoping they'll like me, but I'm not fearing their reaction.
I had a piano lesson! Wooooh! Well actually, it was a lesson with myself....! I have this book - 'Learn Piano In 10 Lessons' - which I've just started. Lesson 1 is done. I picked it up pretty quickly. I've always wanted to play the piano, and for some reason I've always felt that I'd be semi-good at it. It should certainly help with songwriting, which will be very cool. My girlfriend is harrassing me to write her a song, but I tried explaining to her that I've not written anything in years, and generally I don't write happy songs anyway! Hopefully the piano will help to change this..... Maybe I'll put a band together too.....?

haha yeah. I tried picking up the harmonica a couple years ago. I still fiddle around with it occasionally but I'm no great shakes lol. The uke is tons of fun though
