@sarcastrophe90 I'm so sorry to hear you've suffered from social anxiety too. I may have to do a whole video about my own experience in the future as this is something I've also been working really hard on; my last relationship was a nightmare on this front and undid all of the work I had done previously due to constant pressure and guilt tripping over how it affected me, not to mention all the gas-lighting by having the inconsistency of my condition pointed out to me e.g. why can you do this with your friend of ten years but not go to this gathering with people you've never met. I hope you have people around you that fully accept and understand you and if nothing else know that I REALLY do.
