Well I saw the aforementioned film last night, and here is the summary: a half hour of picturesque Big Sky country shots and lots of sheep running along the mountainside. Lots of baaaa-ing by the sheep. Then a violent sex scene, intense relationship drama, and finally, a hysterically sobbing Terrakotta trying to find a tissue in her jacket as the credits roll. I definitely pick this film to win best cinematography, but Heath Ledger, in his attempt to portray a Wyoming accent, ends up talking with his upper lip pressed to his teeth like he has a wad of chaw in his cheek the whole time. Mumbling aside, I was completely taken in by the story, and yes, I sobbed like a little girl.

Yesterday I spent the morning with the fabulous Gamma, but later on in the afternoon I was called to spontaneously cover a science class. It seems that the substitute teacher simply walked out of the room and never came back, which I find both hilarious and a little disturbing.
