Indeed, it is the little things that add up, and like you, I'm in awe (and jealous) of your friend who's joining up and shipping out. Maybe that's part of it -- I feel like I'm not at that place where I can just drop my life and have some adventure, even if it's in the spirit of helping other humans. Got too many responsibilities, and the period of life when I was free enough to do such things is gone.

But hell, its like any good soldiar knowing when to focus on being an officer, or a fighter / player becoming a coach. There comes a time to step onto the sidelines and be effective in other ways. Such is life, I reckon.

Then again, the only important thing is that somebody in need benefits, right? So be it.

Hopefully your sisters replaced whatever liqour they cleaned out this time, cause i know you get in one of your "moods" when they only leave cash instead of vodka!
