i'm working on it [losing weight] and so far so good.
I'm not restricting carbs, i'm not cutting carbs, i'm not cutting anything but i am not preparing carbohydrate filled meals for myself.
2 eggs and maybe a low carb hotdog for brekkie. Then i load up on the veggies and protiens (chicken, pork, beek, tuna, ham) for lunch and dinner. Mom and Dad cooked stew for dinner today so i had that (huge chunks of steak, potatoes, turnips, and carrots) i had two small helpings. I did eat a small piece of rhubarb pie and like 3 tablespoons of icecream earlier, but i enjoyed it as a treat. that was all i had today besides my breakfast. yesterday was 2 eggs, string beans, then cabbage as a side dish for my fried ground beef with onions, greenpeppers, and cheese ♥ YUM! i snack on dill pickles and cabbage leaves dipped in ceaser dressing
Yesterday morning i was uber bloated and weighed in at 135, today.. 131.5 //SCHWING!// and i've got... 16 days before prom.. and prom pictures are forever pictures. and then SUMMER! WHOOO!!
I'm so excited, i drew out a pattern for this awesome frayed, crazy demin skirt for summer and a pride tube top with flared armwarmers/sleeves to match. I'm incredibly happy to have my sewing machine back.
Also a band friend of my girlfriends band is starting a talent zine for Pictou County! *enters paintings* i'm uber excited =D
