I'm going in to work on time today. Not early, like usual. I set myself up yesterday so hopefully the Chef doesn't give me a bunch of extra shit. I figured it out, when he asks "how are you looking" if you say good, that means your getting another project that will fuck your prep time, if you tell him your in the weeds he'll leave you be. I have to clean and cure caviar today, thats kind of a bitch but everything else is looking solid. I'll have a real update after this weekend, should be a good one, especially tomorrow.
