So, I won't be around much of November, as I am going to be participating in the National Novel Writing Month competition sort of thing. I am hoping that this will finally be the time that my story - which has been brewing for four and a half years - will finally come to fruition. 50,000 words in a month, which is roughly 200 pages of writing. I'm excited and nervous at the same time, but I do have a writing buddy (a friend of mine that I usually don't get to talk to or see), and I'm participating in the Tacoma region. This means that I'll be gone a lot, going to coffee shops and whatnot to write and compare notes with other writers in my area.
That is going to be taking quite a chunk out of my time, since I'll have to write at least 1667 words a day to hit my 50k quota. Coupled with school, I am going to have relatively little wiggle room for anything else. And I have to still find time to get some photos done with my photographer, as we're both itching to get an SB set put together (and work on a photo project of hers, where I'll be the victim... model... either would fit). I have no clue if I will have any time to work musically at all, but I will make sure to post updates once in a while...
