I don't think being a "fantasy fulfiller" is particularly endemic of the feminist movement in particular. It's more about personal empowerment and enrichment at the expense of the historical oppressor, but the benefits are localized and don't transfer well to the rest of your gender. I would group it with a black drug dealer selling crack to a white lawyer, or a native american tribe operating a casino (to a lesser extent).
