The day gets more and more shabby as it wears on.
I want to crawl into bed and hide but it is only 6:00. If I go to bed now, I'll be up in the middle of the night even more agitated than I am now.
A couple people recently have said that I was (actually) pretty conservative. By whose standards I wonder? Why does that seem like such an evil? Being conservative, I mean. Semantics are a complicated subject.
Where do we find that happy medium between wanting and being wanted? Why is everything always some sort of fucked-up power struggle where someone has to hold the upper hand in a relationship? God forbid you show your yearning for someone, you might end up alone for eternity... Is that so bad, I wonder?

Or since I am from Seattle- it could mean that by being conservative one is *different* (ooooh) and most people have an inherent fear of that which is not the societal norm. Of course in perspective I'm sure in Texas being a liberal could be construed likewise, and being conservative would be the norm.
