While we recognize romantic love, we must never discount the unconditional love that we feel day to day as we eat ice cream, have a beer, watch a movie, hug our family. We should always seek to focus on this feeling and fullness of the presence of this feeling inside of ourselves and open our bodies and minds to free places."
