This was a shitty weekend! On the bright side, there was finally some really decent weather for a change. I spent the majority of Friday night waiting around for one of my buddies to finish work, so we could go and drink some pints. He originally thought he would be done at 9:00, but it ended up being 11:00.
By the time he meet me at the bar... I was already half in!
Saturday was a gorgeous day - I had to work until it was dark and cold. I went straight from work to my friends brand new house. He just moved in Friday night and was very excited. I'm really proud of his progress... He makes some really good money and actually enjoys his job!?!
How often does this happen? I thought it was pretty much one or the other! I gave him a big hug and handed him a case of Corona to help him break in that new HUGE deck. (No. Not dick - deck) I'm sure we'll use it non stop this summer. This is only the beginning.
