Haha. anyway.

So the car stereo thing didn't work 100%. I did the wiring a little wrong... and it doesn't have memory power. I must fix that tomorrow.

step after step i climb
with the sky reaching down
cracking in pieces
then lightly falling to the ground
it glistens around me
in jagged, blackened hues
with a bitter smell of kerosene
and the distant sound of a fuse

so each step that i climb
takes me away from the stars
away from the dreams
that were once labelled "ours"
i can never look down
at these heavens below
shattered and dying
where stars never show

because just moving forward
takes more than i'm worth
blistered and desperate
starving myself of the earth
step after step i climb
its all i know how to do
i just stare into nothing
so i won't think of you
