i went to the dentist this morning over at UPenn Dental. i really like my student dentist. he is kinda rolly polly and very sweet. after that was over i decided i didn't want to go work so i made some excuses and took the train back home.

guess what i did for the next 4 hours?

i cleaned. and cleaned. and cleaned some more. i even mopped our kitchen floor. on my hands and knees mind you...scrubbing with a rag each individual tile. as neurotic as i am..that floor hasn't seen a cleaning (even a good sweeping) in months. its just hardly worth it with the dogs...its dirty within minutes. but whatever...it felt really good to do it..and i think i might have even got the first layer of dirt off.

so ya...i spent my afternoon with my best friends...bleach, scrubbing bubbles, and rags. my hands are still raw from the cleaners...and i'm a bit smelly..but damn does the house look nice.

i hope the rest of the week goes by fast. the rest of the month really....i can't wait till Marko and i get to go to the keys for our vacation. i hope i manage to save a bit of cash before then...i hope the weather is nice and there aren't any stupid hurricanes while we are there too!
