National Museum of Patriotism wants me to do a tour video for them (no pay, of course) which might be fun. Funny thing though as my first intention when I am able is to leave the country. I suppose one can be a patriot to the original ideal without abiding by the geography or the outcome. A patriot expatriate? Tender tender resignation, so soft and good to eat.
How much bad poetry can one person write? A lot! Even poetry with proper rhyme schemes and syllabation (that's a made-up word) but no cadence!
Time waits in the wind of this place
Screaming your name
Like the cheers at the game
Back in high school
Hearts stop hush themselves to the sound
Ear to the ground
Pushing echoes around
In the silence
