I have been busy lately. Its crunch time for the semester and I want to update. Well I went to go see the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie today with my friend Josh. Its fucking hilarious. I really laughed my ass off the entire time. I love the show.
As for school, well its going well. I am kind of worried about my grades but I should be ok. I missed a test but my teacher was really cool about letting me retake it. I took it the next day and I still dont think I did to great as I did not read the chapters and went off my notes. A lot of educated guesses. I have to do a paper on some of the material we discussed in the class. I will do that after this post I think. Though I am thinking of going and renting a movie. I want to see "Children of Men" really bad.
I just finished watching "The Wire" season 1 this week. I really love HBO and their shows. It is an excellent show and if you can find it cheap enough I suggest buying it. Right now I am watching L.A. Confidential as I love this film.
Anyways I got into contact with my friend Tracy from back in the day. I decided to look her up and found her on Myspace. She is now a mother and living in Arizona. She said she is thinking of returning to Illinois but is not 100% sure. Man I miss her and those times. That was back in the day when I was just a young kid having fun all the time. I miss hanging with my friends at Dennys and just getting into trouble. But nonetheless its nice to see everyong growing up.
We stil have to go look for an apartment right now. Sonny and I have put it off for far to long and I fear we are not screwed if we dont do it. I want to stay near campus but that may not be possible as it is late. I am gonna call the number I saw on a neighboring building. Hopefully there is an apartment open.
As of late I have been sleeping a lot and that isnt good. I need to start riding my bike more. The problem is the shitty weather. It snowed the other day in Chicago, or so I was told. There was frost on the ground when I woke up. This weather is rediculous and I want to see some sunshine. Just so I can ride my bike, not to mention the 1000's of pretty college girls running around in skimpy clothing.
I also need to find a job soon. I am gonna start looking around the local stores. I was told that after the college year ends jobs start to appear everywhere. I want to find one near where I will be living. Anyways I just wanted to pass on an update.
