My mom turned fifty today. Yep, she had me when she was going on thirty because for the longest time she thought she was too immature to have babies (hello?! she IS immature, more so than me!). I really hope when I'm at that age, I look that good. Seriously, she gets dude in their thirties that hit on her at the gym (she works out 5 times a week) because she is so damn tiny. For her birthday, her girlfriends are out on a casino tonight, and my dad paid for all 8 of them to spend a night at a hotel suite on the riverfront. Only cost him like $500. While she was leaving and I was getting ready to work, I whispered "Psst...Mum? The six male strippers should be there by midnight. It's room 301, right? They're only being paid for an hour each. Use the time wisely." She knew I was joking, but her eyes still glazed over.

I worked eight hours tonight, and I am exhausted beyond belief, but I still worked on pieces of two papers. I never do that. I'm probably ill. Hardly anyone works on papers after working on a Saturday night.

Yep...Danielle needs a clue. And a life.
