I really do think I was born to be a kitten, but instead, I got placed in this body as some kind of mistake. I swear. Dangle a piece of yarn in front of me and I'll play for hours. I need attention and if I don't receive it, I'll mew for hours until you come over to pet me or say you love me or call me "baby." I'll curl up in your bed near your knees and while you're falling asleep, I'll just purr and nestle up close to your warm body. Then, when you fall asleep, I'll bat at your nose with my claws.
I'm watching our new kitten climbing into bags and trying to stick her whole head into cups so she can lick the milk at the bottom. And I do think I was her in my former life. I'd be happy in a life of just sleeping and playing. Yes, yes I would.
