I did a course in Neuro Linguistic Programming (or passive persuasion techniques), Time Empowerment Techniques, Hypnosis, and Ancient Hawaiian Huna trainings, as part of a sales training exercise a few years ago, Xerox were the first company to really embrace Neuro Linguistic Programming, with very positive results, I like to think of it as Jedi mind control haha.
